The Love Heart Connection

Available worldwide

In this yoga teacher workshop with Faith Hunter, filmed at YYoga in Vancouver, Faith explores the love heart connection with fluid movements that open your heart, strengthen your core, and playfully work through inversions and back bends.

This flowing and devotional practice inspires you to connect to the sweetness of you own heart, and break down the walls of fear, anxiety and insecurity. By the end you will feel a sense of openness and passion for yourself and others.

Dear Faith,

Thank you for the love and light that come shining through this practice! I had not done this practice in a while and imagine my surprise when I realized today is fathers day. I am so very grateful for all of your videos. Sundays with Faith, nothing better!

I love Faith's mannerisms and her southern twingy accent helps give you a kind loving boost. I grew up in the deep south and went to a southern Baptist type church so for some reason I really ressonate with the style of her teaching. This practice was one of the best heart opening type of class I've taken and highly recommend it - the only this that was missing from the practice- music! I love Faith's style of music that she uses in most of her classes, but this class didn't have any at all :/ It was still amazing and is in my favorites and I will do it again as well. Love the side plank guidance on flattening the foot rather than trying to only balance on the side of the foot- that one tip allowed me to reach new heights in the pose that wild have otherwise not happened for me. Thank you again and Namaste~

Marci-Cho (Thank you)- your words are powerful, enlightening, and such a good reminder that such fundamentals, principles, and pure " non-judgmental" gratitude to oneself is the thing that allows for the windows and new experiences to open:)

Got discouraged and almost quit a couple times, but powered through. When I got to the back bend stage, I surprised myself by going into a full-on bridge which I haven't been able to do in a year at least thanks to a shoulder injury and arm weakness. So exciting. Thanks for the great practice.

I was enjoying this practice until it stopped streaming at minute 40. This happens a lot to me and it is extremely frustrating. Does this happen to anyone else? I am curious because I have submitted 3 times about this issue and it hasn't been resolved. Just checking if it's an isolated problem with my iPad.
