This was a great follow up to do after Jane's relieving neck and shoulder tension class (one of my other faves) and I feel wonderful after doing the combination this morning. Thank you for your slow and effective stretches!

Glad the videos are working for you Ameliabedelia!

My lower back and me thank you a lot! As a massage therapist this is the best massage I can give to my tight back after a long day.
Thank you

Glad to hear it Lillicap! It's great to be able to do our own bodywork, isn't it?

Was searching for something to help release it, and this proved to be exactly what I needed. Lots of sequences I've not tried before, and the specific tips from Jane that made it easy to target these areas. Thanks!

Thanks, Jane. I have been noticing stiffness in my back because of heavy lifting and hours of computer use - this practice has worked out all the twinges for me.

Hi Jane - I stumbled across this video after hurting by back in an Ashtanga class. I absolutely love it and have followed it a couple of times now. Thank you so much

Glad to hear this, @jojomojoyoga!

Hi Jane. I stood up and tweaked my back over the weekend. I've been slowly getting back to normal and this practice seemed to help me begin to "let go" of my back while gently activating my abdominals. Thank you.

InnerReflectionYoga, posted on June 20, 2013

This is an amzing practice! With a short session my back has increased range of motion and decreased tension and we worked my core to its peak. Thank you!

Missi_B, posted on June 9, 2013

I certainly wasn't expecting "intensive" abs workout. Good sequence for that purpose, though.

Just what I was looking for after having wrenched my back several days ago. Thank you for the relief. I feel as though I will be normal again much sooner than anticipated. Namaste!

Thanks, Jane. I've been looking for a practice to support my lower back, where I've been having some problems. This was perfect!

That was fantastic, and so soothing. Thanks Jane

A wonderful lower back opening class - the warmth in the sacrum radiates after. Thank you :-)

Thanks, this is excellent for some of my issues, as is your video for neck and shoulders.

This is an amazing core workout and pelvic opener! I like how soothing her voice is. It takes away the bootcamp feeling of a hard workout.

i really like this class, but i can barely hear the audio. i've tried adjusting the level on my computer, but that doesn't seem to help. perhaps the audio could be adjusted on that end?
Thank you

nykdanu---sorry to hear this! I hope you'll bear with it another time or two until the vocabulary becomes familiar. Thanks for your feedback.

nykdanu, posted on March 3, 2011

I found the verb cues in this hard to follow unless I was looking at the screen I often couldn't tell what she was asking me to do ;-(

Thank you. I have had a fused sacrum and lower back tighteness since the birth of my last child that makes it difficult to get back into a regular yoga/ pilates routine. I used this video as a wonderful warm-up before a yoga session and my lower back feels wonderful - no warning twinges, or tingling at all.

Jelencica, posted on February 27, 2011

This is an amazing video, thank you! I have been seeing physio/pilates specialists for over a month now with very slow improvement for my postpartum/lower back/pelvic instability issues. This program addresses most, if not all, of these issues at the same time in a very relaxing, therapeutic fashion. Thanks again!

I loved this class. I am a senior and a yoga teacher and I have osteoarthritis in my low back. I was able to do this with ease. timeless
