This class is AWESOME! Very challenging, very fun, and so informative when I take my practice off the wall, being more aware of the strength of both my legs in all those standing postures. I will come back to this over and over again. Thank you, Eric! Namaste.

I love using the wall as a prop in my yoga practice, it helps so much with alignment. The flow in this class is creative and challenging
