I just came back on here to do this practice again today and I realize that you applied to my last I meant and that was very wonderful to read I did check out your website and I was just wondering if there's anything new that you might be doing for Teacher trainings or workshops course I'm not quite there yet I had to modify everything but eventually I'd like to get back to teaching yoga which I have done for about a year now

kregweiss, posted on June 4, 2016

Hi KerryJulian. I only have some anatomy sessions as part of 200 hr YTTs coming this year. I may be presenting a 100 hr YTT in Dubai in Feb/Mar 2017.

kerryjulian, posted on June 6, 2016

Well darn it Dubai might be just a little far for me but thank you for replying

I feel so fortunate to have so many wonderful teachers within these practices on Gaia, Kreg Weiss is one that continues to bring calming instruction and movements that flow softly while encouraging energy and release to pour through resistance. I have been spending 9+ hours on my feet each day and this practice brought such relief, the same practice could bring the same results to anyone at a desk all day, as it brings a flow of blood and oxygen to areas that have been constricted or overworked. Thank you, once again, Kreg and team!

Hi Veda, great to hear you are using these videos for such beneficial restoration - standing all day bares quite the toil on the body and nervous system. Namaste, Kreg

Kreg, my husband and I walked for 3 hours around the city last night at a good clip and all that concrete made me soooo sore. I can move now and I feel peaceful and clear. THANK YOU! Natalie

You are very welcome, Natalie. So great to hear how this practice offered rejuvenation for your body. I get the same way when I go for long walks on man-made surfaces. Namaste, Kreg

Craig. Thank you for doing what you do. I have been doing a lot of running lately and my lower legs were just sore. This was gold for my body and your energy just brought me to a positive place. What a gift! I appreciate you.

Absolutely going into my favorites, thank you! Working at a desk all day, hiking, walking, I really needed a practice such as this - it gently soothed, brought a release of toxins that had built up and created a flow of circulation that brought life back to my lower body. Perfection!

kregweiss, posted on December 12, 2012

warm thanks @BassAsana ... happy to hear that you found this circulation flow effective and enjoyable

This was a great Friday night practice after 40 hours of desk work this week! Thanks!

tuttysan, posted on June 18, 2012

Kreg, thank you for this new practice. As in your others, your calming voice and the pace of this class really helped the workout and the relaxation. Good length too.

nriopel, posted on June 17, 2012

Like the practice, but the description says it's 30 minutes, and it's actually 42.51. Could you please change the description time tobe accurate? I often choose my practices based partly on what I have time for, and this almost caused me to be late for an appointment.

kregweiss, posted on June 16, 2012

Hi ngovna,

Yes, this practice is more suited to be done at the end of the day after prolonged standing or sitting to help flush the lower legs of stagnant fluids and pressure. If you are looking for 'high energy', this is not the tone I typically project in my teaching practices as I preferred to present my practices in a calming manner to enhance the grounding benefits for the nervous system. You may be more inclined to practice with teachers like Dana Flynn or Eoin Finn for that type of class tone. Namaste, Kreg

ngovna, posted on June 16, 2012

I appreciate this practice and where it's going and was hoping it would help work my legs/stretch my hamstrings and ease hip tightness, but I found it so low-energy that less than halfway through I just ended it. I literally lost interest. It was a bit lacking in spirit. That said, it's probably better just before bed to calm you down rather than in the morning as a start to your working day.

kregweiss, posted on June 15, 2012

thanks again for the continued warm feedback, katett, anthonys, and jaclynhull ... yes, this is a great practice to end the day helping flush out stagnant fluid and pressure in the lower legs - boosts the renewal process of sleep. namaste, Kreg

Jaclynhull, posted on June 15, 2012

This is great for the end of my day -recently told a mysterious lump on my leg is a scar now from superficial phlebitis. So this is just what I need

anthonys_2, posted on June 14, 2012

Thank you Kreg for an excellent practice!

KateTT, posted on June 12, 2012

Awesome practice, especially after sitting at my desk all day. Love your practices Kreg. Thank you. Now my legs and hips feel quite loose and comfortable instead of tight and crampy.

kregweiss, posted on June 12, 2012

Hi Everyone - great to hear you are enjoying this chill session and pampering your legs and ankles.

lynnewalters, YES, you are correct, your right hip should be grounding as you scissor the right leg over (a tiny, but important instruction blip)

lynnewalters, posted on June 12, 2012

when you are stretching the IT band of the right leg you said that it is important to keep your left hip grounded into the floor.....do you mean the right hip? thankyou for responding, Lynne

Struggled to be in the moment doing this yoga video, I was too busy admiring your bolster!! This has definitely left my legs tingling but do you have any other classes purely for the feet and Achilles?

Elize, posted on June 12, 2012

I work in a store, so I'm on my feet most of the day. I'm so pleased with this practice that I'll probably do it quite often. Thanx Kreg!
