I'm 52 yrs. old and started getting hot flashes about 2 yrs. ago. I was a smoker for 38 yrs. but just recently, about a month ago, quit. I workout everyday with 2 different Bowflex machines and have recently started meditating. The workout routine I've done for about 6 yrs. I'm sure I started going through menopause, probably, about 3 or 4 yrs. ago starting with mood swings. When the hot flashes started up, I asked the pharmacist if there was some sort of herb or supplement I could take and he recommended Black Cohosh. I am, forever, grateful for this information! I've been taking it for about 2 yrs. now and don't have any hot flashes, unless I run out of it for a few days. This stuff I buy at the dollar store for about 5 or 6 dollars for 50 pills and you only take one a day! Very inexpensive and I feel better taking something that comes from nature rather than something from some pharmaceutical company! Just thought I'd share. ^_^

As a perimenopausal woman, I can't find enough info available on menopause. I so wanted this to help me. However, the editing is sooo bad that I couldn't watch because it is distracting.
