This tropical fruit is a rich source of vitamin A, an important vitamin linked to eye health and bone growth. Mangos also have a hearty amount of fiber, which helps move things along in your gut.

Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 1 large mango
- 3 green apples
- 1 cup red onion,
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp all spice
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Sea salt
Directions
- Chop the mango, apples and red onions and place in a large bowl.
- Mix in all spices, stir, and serve.
