This is probably a good workout, but should be watched first. My time is limited and I feel like I'm wasting my workout time since I'm not familiar with the moves. The directional cues are minimal and I would think if you've done other Mari videos, you might be able to follow along better. I, however, am stopping the video and moving on to something I know has better direction.

I really enjoyed this workout Mari is the best Instructor hands down I felt great as soon as I started the warm up. I can see results right away I am going to do this at least twice a day. Bikini season I come!

Good arm workout. No legs or abs. Spent way too much time figuring out choreography when I'd rather be working out.

I workout 5 days a week and am at an advanced level and I did not like this video. There is absolutely no direction, it just goes directly into the move as if you have it down as a routine in your head. You really have to do this several times to get a flow going.

This workout is so much fun!! I would suggest watching the dvd first to learn the choreography though; I used to be a dancer and it took me a couple of rounds to get the footwork. I worked up a sweat and had a blast, what more could you ask for??

This would be good if you already know the moves--minimal and sometimes no direction until move has started. Disappointing as Mari usually overdoes the instructions.
