I love this series, I am newer to Kundalini Yoga(but it is my fav Yoga practice) I like that is traditional Kundalini and it is an experience not just a practice, I am very pleased to hear there will be more of Guru Jagat's vids being uploaded here. It is such a wonderful way to start my day

Hello!
Thank you so much for these.
I'm a complete beginner! I recently went to a Kundalini yoga workshop and had a profound / challenging experience! Wanting to immediately practice daily i discovered this series of videos. I intend to cycle through them - one a day - for a while. Does that sound like a good plan to start out? I do intend to go to more classes for teacher support etc....thank you and best wishes to all.
