In the Buddhist teachings, ease doesn’t mean easy. It actually takes some exertion to create the causes and conditions for ease to arise. In this vinyasa class with Cyndi Lee, she focuses on strong and clearly aligned arms and legs. It takes discipline commitment, and getting organized to find the 'ease'; the reward is worth it!

What an amazing guru. Her series of classes are such an incredible source of inspiration and truly what this practice is about. Thank you so much

I've been doing this series for a few months now, and truly love it. I do some other sessions from time to time, but find myself coming back to Cyndi's classes as "old friends" .... I continue to be challenged, particularly with the arm balances, but keep working at it! Thanks for the sense of humour and wonderful guidance throughout!

To me, when any teacher starts counting breaths, whatever the pranayama practice, I find it very tension-inducing. Why? Because, invariably, their number of counts and speed is not mine. They are usually faster and this causes me to breather more shallowly encouraging my sympathetic nervous system to engage.
Of course, I don't follow their counts, but do my own. Still, it's an annoying way to start a practice. Please re-think this as many of your teachers do it, even ones whose style is A-plus and whose classes I assiduously visit again and again.
Thank you.

Thank you for this class, Cindy. It reminded me of all the wonderful classes at Om yoga and made me happy.

I feel so much more capable than I believed possible at 50 years old! I am so glad I finally gave Cyndi Lee a try. I now do one of her instructions at least once a week or so. With her instruction, I've been able to do things I couldn't do before. Similar break down of strengthening actions as Desiree Rumbaugh, but a whole different delivery style. Love this channel!!

Cyndi totally has her own style which is so inspiring, a tough workout for the body and also a very spiritual teaching. LOVE Cyndi - when can we have more classes please? Namaste

Awesome class! Felt relaxed and rejuvenated after this class. Just curious. How many calories would this class burn? Peace and a big Thank you!!

@SOPHIA11 - Thank you for the comment! Unfortunately, there is no way for us to give you a number of calories burned. Just too many variables. I would say, do you feel good? Then it is the perfect amount of calories burned :).
