listening to the music on the video, cars driving by like thoughts that comes to mind , sounds heard to be let go. Always find your videos conducive to meditation whether they are specific for meditation or for yoga practices. Thanks

"Listening to someone creates the space for that person to be who they need to be in that moment." What a beautiful and inspiring thought from Bernie Clark's meditation.

A great meditation, especially since I sometimes can have a hard time with sounds - too much of it - and I need to become friends with a fan on top of my house... Thank You!!

This was so helpful in my beginning meditation experiences. I find that I'm usually trying to ignore sound and focus on breath...which is hard to do since I live in very urban environment with LOTS of varied sounds. This really deepened my meditation--so thank you.

I love this sound meditation, a favourite of mine here in Brisbane Australia. It is a lovely meditation to do if time is an issue. Have just listened to it and it made me very much aware of the birds chirping outside as an extra beautiful sound, thanks Bernie.

I really liked this. Great reminder on how listening, rather than talking, can help us to really notice. From careful noticing, we can then understand our role.
