I enjoyed this practice. It was challenging, yet I was able to keep up and benefit from your instruction. Looking forward to your other classes.

Good, but I'm not sure it should be tagged as a PM practice. It was quite energizing. Might try again in the morning.

Janet Stone, posted on June 29, 2016

@KRISTINNOELLE Thank you for pointing it out! Will check in with Gaia on this.

I probably would have enjoyed this a lot more if it hadn't been for the over-produced feel, and shaky camera cuts. Found it very difficult to follow and concentrate.

@JOHNPRIOR75 Thank you for sharing. I am filming with Gaia again soon and will share your feedback.

I agree that savasana was WAY too short. I don't mind just extending savasana myself, but it was challenging to do with this video as the music changed and it was loud, more up tempo , and very distracting - a definite test of remaining in equanimity ;) I would recommend pausing the video and setting a timer for your own savasana so that you can fully relax and absorb this practice.

I couldn't agree more. Thank you for sharing.

NicoleUrdang, posted on February 21, 2016

Fluid, strengthening, opening, balancing, soothing, and supportive.
Who could ask for more?

aromarose, posted on March 26, 2016

I agree, except a longer savasana would have been nice after such a deep session. I just got settled and we had to get up again.

Janet Stone, posted on April 5, 2016

@AROMAROSE I totally agree. Sometimes the prerecorded sessions can be way too short for savanna.
What I find myself doing now, is pausing the playback once Savanna starts, and then starting it again when I feel content.

This is a perfect class, but the video would stop after every 4 minutes or so. I had to give up after 28 mins, very dissatisfying.

Janet Stone, posted on August 18, 2015

Dear @Sophia11,
My apologies for the technical difficulties this video was presenting, not a great way to relax.
I am checking in with HEIDIV@GTV to see if they are able to remedy this issue.

Thank you,

Janet, this was such a beautiful flow. Perfect for my sore body after yesterday's run. And perfect for slowing down after a long day. I loved that it was super mellow yet challenging. I'll definitely be coming back to this one. Peace.

Perfect @Kryradk
Thank you, see you on the digital mat ;)

Very nice flow but NOT for beginners, goes too fast at times and some postures are on intermediate level

HeidiV@Gaia, posted on April 9, 2015

@PEARL7 - We are sorry for any confusion on the level of this class. I have adjusted the class to show as intermediate.

bettymcharlton, posted on January 9, 2015

Very opening and easy-flowing.

valmira.mavraj, posted on October 11, 2014

Great video! However, I definitely agree with the comment below about this not being beginner--it goes very fast! Should be simply labeled as intermediate.

Incredibly flow, loved it. Its got to be put into my favorites. Janet Stone you are such an Inspiration!!!

6impossiblethings, posted on September 7, 2013

This was so dynamic and fluidly powerful, I can't wait to do it again! At first, I thought, " Well, mellow may be a misnomer"; however, it after the yogi squat sequence it was mellow, but simultaneously challenging, rejuvenating, grounding and up-lifting. I feel transformed.

B-health, posted on September 6, 2013

happy that I found this practice this morning. It is wonderfu. I will return to this many times. It offers plenty for the beginner and so much more to advance toward. thanks for this fantastic opening and flowing practice.
