Excellent, loved this video. I have been practising yoga twice a day for the last month, and I must say there is a huge improvement in my PMS symptoms such as cramping and bloating.

Very intresting video. I have been having accupuncture for a year now for irregular and times of absence of a menstrual cycle. Through chinese medicine, my accupuncturist has been telling me the same things. My liver is my biggest problem when it comes to hormones. Now that i adjusted my diet, take chines herbs, and do abdominal massaging i am on a regular cycle for 4 months. It is just so nice to see this information come into Western medication. Our bodies are telling us something and we should tap in and listen. Thank you

Hmm! Very interesting, Again there is some informations in this video, we can't find on the internet.(or maybe I'm not looking correctly) The liver part was very interesting.

Very interesting, thank you. I especially found the part about intestinal flora interesting. I find that my IBS is directly linked to my cycle. Have you encountered this before (I haven't found any info on the internet)?
