Thanks for posting this talk. Most interesting. I recall some beautiful organic red peppers that came all the way from Isreal... other products at our local organic grocery come from Holland, California, etc. Of course, in the Winter we can't expect to have fresh fruits although fresh veggies are a possibility if you maintain a Winter Garden. We're moving from the city to a village 2 hours away, and our first project is the organic garden, including the Winter Garden. I can hardly wait!
