This is challenging and meditative, love it. Thank you Meghan! Can anyone tell me what music was used for this video? I would love to use the music for my classes; both the beginning and end music! Thank you.

That was wonderful! Challenging, & perfectly relaxing at the end-short & sweet! Just what I needed today!!! Thank you!

Challenging inspiring and definitely felt all areas of my core getting fired. The lifts still seem so far in my future but seeing you do them.... Gives me the vision! You are a rockstar!

So challenging, I love a challenge, and this one is perfect for someone like me who has outgrown many of her old practices. I've waited for sequences like this and am eternally grateful to move into the next phase of my journey as a Yogini <3 Love love your style Meghan!

Morning Everyone!

The founders of this product saw a glaring need in the world of Yoga for their services, and are working diligently to make them available for you. I''ve been conducting market research to guide our strategy, and would love it if any of you could head over to and take 2-3 minutes of your time to lend me insights on you, your passion for Yoga, and how said passion manifests... On day 13 I have a head cold but managed to do most of The class.loved the prep for handstand and pincha. Going to work on that!

eleonela, posted on October 27, 2013

That was very intense. I of course could not do press up into handstand and forearm stand. But did pretty much all the other stuff. My core got really stronger

Great class! As always Meghan delivers a beaut! Namaste

difoster, posted on October 27, 2013

I'm too old for this! :). Managed to do most of the poses. Good intensity, pace, instruction. Loved the savasana with the sounds but could have been longer

Vasaart, posted on October 27, 2013

That got a fire burning on this chilly Sunday morning - HARD!

gretchenista, posted on October 27, 2013

I enjoyed this core strengthening class and learned some exercises that I had never imagined. I still had to modify the split handstand by having my head down in the process. It appears that my core has indeed strengthened during the past 13 days as I held the dolphin and side planks longer than usual, I think it was the first time I did side plank with the outside leg up. I definitely will do the class again and try to master the headstand. Thanks, Meghan.

kdonchak, posted on October 27, 2013

Great class, but I will have to practice this one until I can complete it all - great place to start I really enjoyed it even though it was not easy!

ternahead, posted on October 27, 2013

The pace was great, and while not easy, it gives me a solid, safe practice to gain strength in my core.

RubyDiamond, posted on October 27, 2013

Thanks Meghan - super great - a lot of arms strengthening is needed on my part - more of hand stand practices - will do me good - I love it - the melody in the background of all the sequences is always soothing & helping the mind to focus

AmandaRuffini, posted on August 12, 2013

An amazing class! I'm creating a 10 day challenge for myself with this practice. A personal mission to strengthen my core to eventually lift up into forearm balance without jumping! Thank you, Meghan! Namaste
