I have finally found a perfect morning flow that suits my groggy state right out of bed. I can't have something too passive and still cause it makes me just want to go back to bed. But my body doesn't accept a very high energy practice first thing in the morning either. I needed a balance and I found it here. For my body this is absolutely perfect. It's a mix of calm energy and meditative finish. I thank you so much for this!

I rarely do such a short practice but today it was all I had time for and it was very fulfilling! I feel great. It was exactly what my body was calling for. Will add this to my favorites and check out more videos by Kreg. You have a nice soothing voice. Thank you!

I wobbled and smiled my way through the balancing sequence, and ended my shavasana with a deep sense of peacefulness. Thank you for this wonderful practice, Kreg! There is just something so very calming, warming and energizing about Kreg's practice that when the end draws near, you are left wanting to continue! The movements are precise and smooth with the so important counter-poses never forgotten! The sequences are such that they will wake you beautifully in the morning and stick in your mind so you can incorporate them throughout your day when you need a yoga break!
