Used this after a long hike, and just before bed. I find Yin yoga to be surprisingly powerful in it's "allowing" the body to acknowledge itself AS body. The word tenderness applies here! Thank U Cameron and Gaim

Dear Cameron, thank you for this nice relaxing practice. I aleways have a hard time giving up control but you helped me to release some of the builded up tension. Will try some of your other Yin classes.

I'm totally new to yoga and was looking for something to help my flexibility. I'm in my sixties and have never been flexible. This style of yoga is perfect! I love how soothing Cameron's voice and presence is and his gentle reminders to breath (which I always forget). At under 30 minutes this one is a nice length. I hope to stay at this and see how it works. Thanks Cameron and Gaiam.

My new Yin favorite! Thank you Cameron. Love the generous hold times and extensive hip opening. Great music choice and beautiful scenery, too <3

Absolutely love this class and the rewarding tingly peacefulness that follows. Especially after a tough run, resets my balance, breath, hips and calms the mind.

If there is such thing as the "perfect practice" this is it for me. Beautiful all around, the environment, the poses, your teaching style. I can see myself doing this one over and over when I'm running short on time. I'm grateful to you for this. :)

KateTT, posted on January 16, 2013

Cameron: I love your mix of Yin and Hatha. Always nice to see practices like that. I personally prefer something 30-60 minutes long. Postures - any! Intensity - moderate to slightly difficult. Can't wait to see more! And thank you!

Cameron, your practices just keep getting better. My hips feel great and after a busy week, I feel pretty blissful. Thanks!

BonnieS_2, posted on December 21, 2012

I love this video for many reasons, but especially for the length of time the poses are held. I have the option of cutting them short, but don't have to rush through something that feels especially good. Thank you.

NamasteMudra, posted on December 19, 2012

What a great class. Soothing and lovely and just what I needed.
Very appealing visually as well. And the teacher has such pretty tattoos!

thank-you so much for this. i have been doing this practice either alone or as an introduction to my regular home practice everyday. i recently injured my hip and this practice is healing me whole again. this practice is amazing not just for the pose and the length of time they are held, but for the gentl and wise way we are guided thru them. thank-you!

Perfect long stretch to loosen tight muscles (I worked a bit too hard yesterday). I will come back to this for the yin aspect too. Thank you Cameron.
