Clara's practices are always super detailed. She tells you exactly how to get into perfect alignment and how the pose should be. I also love how she sprinkles a bit of humor here and there. This practice has some pretty advanced poses, but Clara always says if you can't get into that particular pose, just play around with it and check it out. Making everyone feel welcomed and to just have fun with it. Keep up the great work! :)

I love most of the videos from Clara but checked out when the hip stuff started happening. They are complicated and difficult to follow especially when you are on your back trying to listen to cues but can't quite see what is happening. For me too many new pose variations to keep me connected to what is going on. thank you for the opportunity to try but prob wouldn't do this particular one again x

I have done this class twice in the last three days. The first time was to try a new class by Clara (love your classes, Clara!!), and the second time was because OMG this sequence makes my hips feel delicious :) I was doing poses I have never done before and surprised myself with what I could do. And when I fell, I laughed. Clara makes this feel accessible, no matter if you can get into the poses or if you're still working towards them. I feel like there is still more I can work toward, so I'm excited to keep coming back to this sequence. This class feels more like play than work. Thank you, Clara! Thank you. Namaste <3

EDIT: This class is now a regular part of my practice and I can feel myself advancing through the postures. Amazing sequence! I am so, so excited about my progress! Thanks again, Clara :)

I loved this practice. I regularly try to incorporate hip openers into my daily practice, but I often get stuck in a rut and find myself in pigeon pose, over and over again. It was great to add some variation and try some brand new hip openers and variations. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Definitely not one of my favorites, I found myself feeling more open and relieved of tension with Gumby Legs for example than with all these various poses. I'm sad to say this was not a happy yoga experience for me, it didnt help that the video kept lagging, and I couldnt even go past Camel pose because the whole video just shut itself down... Nevertheless, thank you Clara, Namaste

This is a really nice restorative sequence that isn't too easy. I don't think I would call it advanced (probably internediate). There are a few intense poses and one that I couldn't do (yet!). I would have like to see a few inversions, but still it was a good practice.
