Thank you for a happy morning practice today. I teach Beach Yoga and as I get ready to wrap up the outdoor season I so appreciate being guided in a way that feels so spacious while still being on an indoor mat. Your smile comes through in your voice and the Heck Yeak mudra is AWESOME! Waves of happiness from my mat to yours, Teri

I liked the concept and the overall vibe of it. Sometimes I need more specific instructions on when to inhale and when to exhale. I wasn't used to the slow pace, but I have been up for over an hour. I will have to try again when I literally have just woken up. Thanks! - Sandra

My kids (who are sitting quietly near me this morn) giggled when they saw me do the "heck yeah" pose!! NONE of us have ever seen that "pose" before. Loved it! Great way to begin the day. :-D

I loved this practice this morning. I did yoga on my back patio for the first time with a rug and mat along with the birds and a light breeze.

Thank you for creating it! My intention: progress + flow

The other morning I spent the whole day driving everyone around me crazy, by saying "Oh my god, that yoga this morning was so good!' over and over again. :) (that was 'Wakey Wakey') and today is not going to be any different.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart :)

Gina, as a yoga teacher, I am inspired by all of your classes.
This morning, on the eve of my 62nd birthday, I chose A New Dawn, an awesome way to start the day. When I teach tomorrow, I hope to incorporate a few of your poses along with my new favorite mantra. HECK YA!! Love your smile and style.

Thank you for getting me going this morning! My whole body feels moved and stretched. I feel ready to take on my day! This class has a nice flow and ease into the poses. Thank you Gina for a well thought out class and loved your enthusiasm through out the class, also for the last "heck ya" mudra! You have such a beautiful smile :)

Terrific practice for early morning, when every muscle and joint feels a bit stiff and not ready--yet--to face the world. Heck-ya yoga is the way to start off. Thanks, Gina.

I look for Gina's classes. She's down to earth; she's got a "real person" aura. She's cheerful and pleasant in her instructions, and gives instructions that make sense. I also like that the practices get to the point. My health somewhat limits my ability to engage in a long practice, but I can do shorter practices, even if they're more intense. I do yoga on alternate days to a more strenuous strength-building practice in order to stay flexible and as a counterpoint to the attitude and demands of a cardio-strength routine. Thanks, Gina. I appreciate your personality and your practices. Keep up the great work!

This was a really nice way to start my day. It was just the right balance of gentle and movement. I really liked the focus on intention.

ginacaputo, posted on January 28, 2016

Thank you! I'm so glad you like the emphasis on intention. Seems like that can make or break a day!

Love your teaching style and energy, Gina. The flow of this one is great, and I love that you acknowledge that we're a little creaky first thing in the a.m. Thanks for another great class.

mellymootoo, posted on January 6, 2016

This was my first class with Gina and I really enjoyed it. Personally I prefer more twists and side stretches for a morning 'wake up' routine and a shorter shavasana, but loving the heckyeahmudra!

ginacaputo, posted on January 28, 2016

Thanks Melly! Always great to hear what people like and want more of!

OrlandoTerp, posted on January 5, 2016

ginacaputo, posted on January 28, 2016

Great morning wake up, or even an evening "reset" after a long day of sitting with shoulders hunched. I love Gina's practices, she always has a new approach to her flow choreography (not sure if choreography is the right term in yoga).

ginacaputo, posted on January 28, 2016

Thanks so much! I'm always thinking of my friends with hunched shoulders when I teach - its a must! Choreography isn't wrong - more frequently we call it "sequencing" but its all the same! Thanks so much for noticing!!

pocean1, posted on January 5, 2016

This was a nice flow. I would have liked less standing intro and less shivasana at the end, and more yoga poses. I think in the end, from a 28 minute practice, there are only 18 minutes of active asanas.

ginacaputo, posted on January 28, 2016

Thanks for the feedback! I don't have control over the editing once the class is complete but its great to hear what people want!

JustineK, posted on January 4, 2016

You rock Gina I loved that at the end of this practice. This really got me going on this sleepy rainy day :)
