Thank you for this simple meditation. I felt a weight had been lifted and energy renewed. I have stopped and started meditation practices over the past few years but this one encourages me to keep at it.

WOW.....I loved this mediation! Although I meditate on a regular basis I very much enjoyed Ashleigh's approach to satisfy the logical mind as well and put it at ease! :-)
Connecting with the mantra towards the end of the mediation was the icing on the cake!

My High School Yoga Class felt their emotional heartbreak being uplifted. We watched this as a class - 28 students from age 14-18! Thank you!! They especially enjoyed the relaxation :)
