Cyndi Lee will lead you in a creative, inspiring and fun practice session to help you let go of your duhka dramas and find a personal path toward a more sukha-filled life.

You know that feeling at the end of a great yoga class -- the sweaty goodness of juiced-up muscles, the refreshing sensation of being cleansed from the inside out, the open quality of clarity in mind and breath? That is sukha!

I found the first half of this practice especially interesting as it seemed to promote hemi-sync, the balancing of left and right hemispheres.
Some of the transitions were awkward for me (I have had a daily practice for 15 years).

Like other who commented, I do appreciate any yogic philosophy that gets transmitted in our classes. I am not here for "gym yoga."

great class - but please put in the description when its a Wanderlust (or similar) class - so I know to expect a lot of workshoppy, talking etc. Those long workshop classes are great, but it would just be nice to know before committing that precious 90 - 120 minutes. b/c I don't know about the rest of you out there but I don't get too many 2hr yoga opportunities. Today i didn't want to learn a bunch of stuff - I was just hoping to find a nice long asana class that I could drop out and mediate through...not that easy evidently....

I have to say this is now one of my all time favorites!!! I love the slightly slower pace that allows for an active meditation during the poses! I felt this class the next day as well! Thanks for posting this class and please post more of this type as well please:) namaste

@corinnestewart but how nice is it to take a class from a teacher who has so much knowledge about yogic philosophy, within a dynamic class, not just "intensity" ...don't we get enough of that?

A lot of talking throughout and lots of breaks- not great if you're looking for something intense, but good for a mellow session.
