This is so ideal for me. I am enjoying Guru Jagats teachings and poses and mantras. It is a refreshing change to traditional yoga I have done for so long.
Thankyou sooooo much. Namaste.

Thank you for teaching us this ancient wisdom. This morning, after my usual morning dedication, pranayama & meditation practice, I felt blah, not really wanting to move my body....now I am alive & ready to tackle the fun stuff to come. Sat Nam, Namaste.

I absolutely love this series and teacher! This has helped me so much in my day to day life. I've just starting doing this meditation this past week to help with my severe anxiety and stress and can't tell you how much it has drastically improved my health. I feel calm, more collected, and feel as though I have mental clarity after doing this for just one week! I can't wait to see how my life can improve by doing this daily. Thanks so much!

I just started working through this series, and I felt A LOT of strain/pain all throughout my back muscles when doing this episode. Is that normal? Does that just mean that my back muscles are weak or is there something else that would be going on? Just wondering if I should push through or not. Thank you :)

Great practice by the way! I love that this is not so physically challenging that I have to give up, but challenging enough that I'm feeling results. I also love the 'buzz' feeling, energy, and mental clarity it seems to bring! Very grateful for this series!

Thank you for commenting and sharing your practice! We're so glad to hear that you're enjoying the series.
I would recommend checking with your doctor and not pushing through any tension or strain in your back; there shouldn't be pain in yoga.

Thank you for your membership with Gaia :)

Still waiting for CC for this and the following episodes (also waiting for download links for episodes missing them.) thanks.

Great, thanks. In general, I hope Gaia will add CC to all programs, and before that happens, indicate whether CC is available as part of the description for any program (so one doesn't have to play it in order to know that.) Thanks again.

I noticed a significant feeling of increased strength especially in my back right after these first two episodes, focusing on the breath for strength was a great tip!

kitch_08, posted on May 14, 2016

After this practice my limbs felt really shaky inside. Is this normal? <3

Guru Jagat, posted on May 30, 2016

Sat Nam Kitch_08,

Good news! Although it might not have felt that way :-). Shaky limbs is a physical sign that your nervous system is recalibrating and strengthening.
Whenever this occurs during a yoga practice you want to let it happen so that the body releases the old trauma and the nerves fortify.
After the practice if you feel a little light and out of your body, drink water and lemon, hot tea (I'm a fan of yogi tea) and eat something warm and fortifying.
This will restore your body and make you confirmed and back your normal self again! But never be afraid of a little shake - that's you getting stronger.

Love & Sat nam,
Guru Jagat

This was an incredibly intense class! I had two breakthroughs of energy blocks and two or three times recognized some mental blockages. I need to build strength and stamina in various places but also held my own as well. I was even surprised to see where I was strong and would not have guessed as well as where I need to gain strength and would've thought I was strong. Very interesting exploration and experience through my own body thanks to this class. You are a wonderful instructor! I love how you talk about why we are doing what we are doing and what the benefits are. I also like how you don't push us to drive ourselves to places that we are not ready or prepared for. Hearing you say take a break when you need to is grace and gives the student peace. Thank you! Looking forward to more of your work and teachings. P.S. You have a great and bright smile as well. :) With great respect and gratitude, Jennifer
