I have searched for a good lower abs workout all over Gaiam, and I have found a couple I like, but I love this one the best. Im always sore after doing it, and I use it as my off day workout. So when Im too sore to even look at Jillian or the Firm videos, I do this one for a good stretch and abs focusing workout.

No matter how many pilates videos I try (led by Ana and others), this is always my fave. Contrary to others' thoughts, what I love most about this one is that it's challenging at various levels of fitness. There's always a way to modify and make it easier/more challenging. Love love love. I also love that it's 27 mins. I keep my mat out and can quickly do this workout before getting ready for work or can bring it to the gym and do it quickly after cardio. Plus, if you do it regularly it does make a visible impact.

Love this ab series. Nice to have the two different levels as it is challenging. Great job with direction on form. Ana is a really good instructor, the best.

Too advanced for me as a beginner but I was able to do a lot of it & the other exercises I just did the ones I know so that I could keep proper form. I love Ana Caban & she is great teacher & her videos are excellent. I have one with a ball, another Gaiam that is great & she has a Gaiam core challenge that I think is great, it's about 37 minutes, and hard also, but this was harder!

This could've been a great core workout if there were actual modifications. The girl who was suppose to be doing modifications seemed like she just decided to follow the instructor instead. I personally have very tight legs and hips, so I have to work at it to keep my legs straight (if they even straighten at all). Was VERY disappointed.

This was a fantastic workout that really does focus on the abs. I'd consider myself at an intermediate, slightly advanced level and this workout was just challenging enough (I had to do some of the lower modifications, so I have something to work towards). Ana's instructions are clear and all her videos have a pleasant quality (they aren't cued to music, but are done in a more natural, organic rhythm). This workout is efficient and just long enough that you could add this onto the end of a shorter cardio video and get a really great total body workout. I'll definitely be doing this one again and again.
