This was so helpful. As I recover from a rather serious illness, I am returning to this site for body/health guidance. I was thinking of cancelling my membership for awhile because I couldn't quite find what I needed to return to movement and stretching. Then I re-discovered Anita!! I will now keep my membership and come back for her instruction regularly.
Thank you Anita and thank you Gaiam for continuing to have this marvelous teacher.
