I used to do these videos years ago, then I started doing extreme workout (so not necessary), as a result I was injured. That was two years ago, I am still mending and said to myself start from the beginning and built your non-extreme workouts. My favoriate instructor is Ana. Thank you for knowledge and instruction. I would love a challenge, perhaps a 30 day series.
