I really appreciate the addition of so much Pilates. While I love yoga, pilates is helpful for targeting certain areas.
I like this workout for several reasons:
- It focuses on the Lower Body
- It is done out in Nature (It's been proven even looking at photos of nature does wonders for your system.)
- Jillian Hessel has a nice voice and is easy to follow
- The second person doing the variations is helpful
- Length of time is easy to commit to.
I always feel grounded after doing this.
