Pilates Sculpt and Slide
Leading Pilates instructor Linda Farrel designed this workout to give you the benefits of Pilates without the need for expensive equipment. Tone and lengthen your muscles and engage your core using classic Pilates moves. Modified routines are demonstrated so you can gain maximum benefits no matter your fitness level.
