I come back to this practice so often. No matter how frustrated or angry I feel before starting, I always feel so serene and peaceful after this sequence, like all of that negativity is just washed away. This sequence is also wonderful for those days when I'm feeling tight after not finding time for yoga for a few days. Thank you, Melina. This class is perfect :) Namaste.

Wonderful. Hip should back release. Like today I usually do practice on the morning but plan on doing it again prior to bed to relieve the muscle tension and tiredness I know I'll have after working in my gardens all day. Thank you.
