I'm not a runner (although I wish I could be - connective tissue disorder keeps me from it), I did benefit from getting the synovial fluid moving through the major joints. I feel limber and ready to face the day! Thanks!

Not just for after a run! This is a great release for legs after a good work out at the gym as well.
