I really liked the flow of this class and it was fun to try the "party poses"! My whole body feels good. Thank you for a wonderful class Danielle and your voice was wonderful to listen to. I also liked the wisdom shared through out the practice. Such a nice savasana at the end! I am ready to take on my day being grounded within myself. Namaste

Excellent pace to allow for "relaxed work" - energizing but calming and reassuring. I appreciated the variations offered - arm balances don't serve me at this point - and Danielle's reminders to keep finding ease in the postures. Wonderful way to start my day - thank you so much!

This was a really nice class. It was challenging-some cool arm balances that I did try :). Danielle has such words of wisdom to share that really helped me not judge myself and do be where my body is today. I am grateful for Danielle as a teacher and for my body to experience this class. I need nourishment this morning, so listening to my body brought me back to this practice again. I was able to go further and hold the arm balances with ease this this as I allowed myself to slow down and just enjoy the pose- and really melt into it! This practice is pretty much proof that you can have a very challenging practice, that really gets your heart rate up, yet still move at a slow, mindful pace- like a moving meditation at the same time!
