Not good for students new to yoga but great for yogis who want to explore Power. NOT sweaty at all & I was wearing think sweats! Nice overall practice...felt amazing.

This was a great foray back into power yoga after a break. Very good flow. The movements and your breath just synchronized naturally. As always, Rodney does not disappoint.

I was very stressed before doing this workout, and its balance of speed and concentration really helped. It's billed as a beginner's workout, but even if you aren't, focusing on perfecting the poses and the sequence itself are very calming. Great in a time-crunch or when you just want a short session.
