I absolutely love this practice by Jesse! It keeps me sweating, yet focused on my breath. This whole video flows so well. Thank you!

Nice flow, but still slow and STRONG. Some easy sun salutations moving into the intuitive lunges series - 1st, crescent, 2nd. Got some half moon and trikonasana in there, and then gasp even revolved to 3rd - tough sequence for tight ol' me! Then onto the floor for some jump throughs, stretches and bridges. Overall a good power class - as I like and know them. Albeit a bit beginner and moderate, and with a long shavasana for a 45 min video. Good though! Love Jesse's classes.

What a pleasant practice - a great return to vinyasa for someone who's been away for a while, all of the reminders were welcome. This would also be a great practice for someone just coming to this form of yoga. Nicely warming and balanced

Jesse, I appreciated the pace of your voice and the breathing focus. The vibe of this video was wonderful

I really appreciate the focus on strength and reminders of keeping the back straight. After a recent back injury, I've had the good fortune of working with talented professionals who stressed the importance of not rounding the back in yoga, and this practice is a wonderful re-entry into yoga, helping me adjust some areas that were becoming a problem.

Some of the positions are intermediate, but the majority of them are moderate. I thought the first half moved a little slow, but the last half was great and I will definitely do it again! Thank you, Jesse!

Jesse's descriptions are incredibly detailed, his voice is gentle and soothing, and he is encouraging to take things at your own pace and challenge yourself. This video in particular is soothing, not too difficult or fast, and great for beginners.

I agree with Strawberry doing the 90 min class really helps newbies and seasoned yogis. Then moving into this class Jesse is your guide to proper position in both muscle use & yoga poses. I learn something from each one of Jesses\' classes And each informative tip videos. Very enlightening.

This teacher explains things very well, especially anatomically. Very precise and informative. Did the 90 minute version of this class first and learned huge from it. Makes you realize things in your body even for someone like me who has been practicing for years. Will take this with me to other practices I am doing. Excellent.
