I really do feel the difference, as someone who has tried various approaches, with the wandering mind, easily distracted, until the ripe age of 64, I can finally say that my attention is on point, and focused on the breath. I practice outdoors, as well as in, and feel very good about this program, with these great teachers. Thank You so much
