Thank you! After a fitful night of sleeping, this practice was just what I needed to feel refreshed, calm, and connected to my baby.

I have done this practice twice and I really enjoy it. It is a great way to start the morning and reconnect with myself and the little one. Thank you.

I love Mara's voice. Feminine & Soothing. I would love to think I sound like that when I teach Yoga :)

Feel much less stressed now!

I like this lesson. Good length with some challenge. But I could have used more time going from pose to pose and to allow time for using a block or pillow.

Great practice. Am 7 months pregnant and enjoyed the movements, stretching, and meditation she incorporates. The transitions were fast but I enjoyed that.

I'm 38 weeks now, and this video really helps me to feel a little bit less uncomfortable. Thank you so much!

That was so lovely and invigorating. My four year old joined in too.

I did your yoga classes online for 2 months prior to birth. It was amazing and I think contributed to good positioning of the baby, relaxation, breathing and a great overall experience. Thank you Mara!

This is the first prenatal yoga class I've ever done so I don't have anything to compare it to but I think that this is a really special class and I feel great after doing this practice!

Thank you, this is great, but more prenatal videos please!
There should be a great selection of class lenghts, from as short as 15-20 minutes to longer classes, such as the 77 min one. Please MYO, make the mommies happy :)

Great practice. I enjoyed this class at the end of my day. It was very grounding and comforting. Today is the anniversary of the death of a very dear friend and this practice was dedicated to her tonight. I did it by candle light in a quiet room in my house with the sound of rain falling outside...a perfect tribute to someone I hope is watching over me during my pregnancy. Thanks Mara.

Great session to start the day with!

jaxyogini, posted on September 22, 2011

I enjoyed the practice, although found some of the transitions between poses a bit fast for me. Once familiar with the program I'm sure this won't be an issue.

Excellent. Mara has a great balance between gentleness and strength in her teaching, and classes...and in her voice.
This class left me (and my baby) feeling so much better. Gratitude.
