This was the perfect exercise to step away from my work desk and loosen back up. I could feel tension melt away. Thanks! Love these quick practices to work into a busy day!

Perfect before bed. I'm not pregnant but it felt great.

This was okay. Very relaxing and would be nice for the evening, but I was hoping to move a bit more and maybe do some standing poses.

This is a very easy sequence - perhaps good if you are getting ready for bed. I don't love the fact that there are twists incorporated, always awkward to do if you are pregnant.

Such a gentle class, thank you, perfect to wind down this evening. I also love how it's not rushed and we hold each pose - makes it feel more like being in a class. Thank you.
