Can't wait to have my husband do this with me, once he sees there is no "new age mumbo jumbo" (he calls it that) he will be open to practicing. Loved it!

This class is exactly what I was looking for today. I teach at a ladies-only facility. Often after ladies have been coming to class for a while & seeing improvements, they tell me that their husbands are starting to ask about poses they can do to help with their back aches & lack of flexibility. There are a couple places around town that I recommend they get to for a class, but I also recommend gaiam tv.

I will be highly recommending this class for many reasons: the class length is accessible & non-intimidating (believe me, some will not even turn a class on if they are new & it's an hour + class); the instructor's style encourages the student to take their time, go as far as they can safely & build from there; the progressive structure is ideal for developing flexibility; it is demonstrated by a man who would "typically" non-flexible - making it even more encouraging for other non-flexible folks (either because of sports, or construction/labor type jobs) .
