Proper Nutrition for Improving Concentration

This talk with Kate Leinweber RHN includes ways to improve concentration through food. Great for those whose minds wander and have trouble keeping on task. Foods that reduce concentration: Sugar, processed or refined foods, trans fats or vegetable oils used in cooking or baking. Whole grains: The brains food is glucose Fish Oil: the brain is made 60% of fat. Eat smaller younger fish 3x/week like salmon, herring, sardines, which are rich in omega 3 fatty acids.
