First taste of yoga after a very busy first year as a mama! After practising daily throughout my pregnancy the daily life with a little one was all consuming, thanks for reminding me how important it is to make the time for yoga - found this energising and relaxing. A great, short practice for when you don't have much time to spare. I find it nice to have shorter practices available for when you are exhausted and looking for excuses not to do anything :)
