Perfect duration to add to the end of a cardio class. Thank you for a great short, but effective quickie, which is sometimes all one has time for after a workout. It's a niche that is sometimes overlooked. I've been using this as my cool down/stretch routine after every spin class. Love it!!"

Great mini practice. I love that while short it still manages to open my upper back, chest and thighs- so crucial as a breastfeeding mama. Perfect for days when I'm too tired to do a longer practice.

I also thought it was too fast and couldn't follow the instructions, particularly around the pigeon pose. Not for me.

Perfect for a study break! The instructions sometime lack clarity, or maybe they are too fast. I had to stop and look at the screen a couple of times. Still very enjoyable!

The class is called, "The Quickie," people. If you want a slow, non-Vinyasa style class you should probably know that this wouldn't be it. I really enjoy Mara's classes, she puts a lot of thought into the asanas.

Way too fast paced for me, I just couldn't keep up with it at all. I think this is more of a intermediate class rather then all level
