Loved this to wind down. Would have loved it to be a bit longer and more relaxation/meditation towards the end. Love her calming voice!

Wow, did I need these stretches. I'm able to do only gentle yoga right now and this is a good way to warm up or stay limber even though I can't do more "warming" exercise.

I am dealing with a lowered immune system at the moment and this was the perfect practice to allow myself some tender yoga while recovering from both a tired mind and body. This would make for a gentle before slumber or early morning ease into the day yoga delight --or simply anytime you wanted a very peaceful practice.
