This video is not watchable on the Samsung Smart Hub, where I watch most of my videos. It loads with the audio track out of sync to the video, then within about 15 seconds, it throws me out of the video. It doesn't matter if I remove and read the video, log out/in again, etc. It simply won't play. This is the fourth video I have had this issue with since I joined GaiamTV about six weeks ago. It's very frustrating. Please fix this!

Frustrated... Started this video 4 times as the second option in the "Commit to You guide, day 3, and it stopped every time at different spots. Kept getting a "could not load video" error message.

Wonderful practice! However I had the same issue with theis video as with the Morning Kundalini class (Tommy Rosen), in that I had to do it with just audio. The video would freeze up, but the audio continue. Was happy to do it, but had to intermittently wake up my iPad to keep it going - at which pint the video would start again, but freeze up within a few seconds. Would love to have video for the full thing :)

In looking for more restorative practices, I found this - a great heart center/core energizer without any extreme poses. Drew heat to areas of discomfort and pain and helped release them. Excellent starting point to getting back into yoga if wanting something a bit more energized, even if there are a couple positions I'm not yet healed enough to hold/do.
