this practice did the trick being in bed sick all day, and needing a little back release. relaxing soothing voice, narrating constantly throughout the postures, I probably will get more out of it next time when I can actually focus on what is being said!

This was exactly what I needed today. It's so amazing how responsive my body is when it gets what it needs. Beautiful and calming. Thank you.

Shannon, I always enjoy your classes but this was my first restorative practice led by you. Thank you so much for this gorgeous treat on a Sunday afternoon after an outing of ice skating with my family! I am looking forward to Episode 2. Thank you, also, for sharing your poetry! Namaste.

I've never done a practice like this before, but I surely will practice it again. Letting go has to be the hardest challenge in my life, and this was perfect. (So was her voice!) Thank you.

This practice is perfect for an achy, sore body AND a weary mind - a "two for one" practice. I feel more calm, focused, and restored. Thank you very much, Shannon. Your words made it easier to let go.

This was so wonderful Shannon that I had to do it twice to really relish in your words of wisdom. I let go completely after the second time...I could do this ALL DAY LONG...namaste :)

Much like you would watch a cat fold and unfold into graceful stretches throughout its day, this practice will make you feel like you are now one of those content critters! A soothing, guiding voice brings us to delicious release of poses while reminding us to LET GO...and we do...thank you for this!

What a deliciously relevant class ~ your poetry is beautiful! May I write out your 'original poem' and post it in out studio?
Thank-you for your powerful work.
