I was looking for something short, invigorating, balancing and focus-making that would open up my upper back/shoulders before playing. This is totally it! I'm not advanced enough yet to do the standing while bending forward cross-legged pose, but substituted one foot flat on the floor with other's toes rotated out on floor, heel up on opposite ankle. This was perfect, thank you Kreg. I love all your classes!

Hi diamond girl. Fantastic to hear how this practice was a nice preparation for your violin practice. Equally fantastic to hear how you adapted the flow to serve your unique practice. Namaste, Kreg

Was researching the differences between Yin and Yang flows and then found this.. Perfect..thank you Kreg, love mostly all your practices you are an excellent tutor very graceful and calm.

warm thanks, BellaKorinVix. yes, most of my hatha practices sit somewhere in the middle of the yang/yin spectrum. I find settling my practice in this middle ground of warm/cool energy retains a nice, grounded essence of balance for the nervous system. namaste, Kreg

I'm so glad I found you; I love your teaching. You're a great combination of what I need from yoga: a workout that includes the meditative/calm aspect.

Kreg, you are by far my favourite teacher...there is always calm, yet strenght and balance in all your classes. I feel energised and in peace after this practice, thank you so much!

hi @jacquesmoss - combining 2-3 short flows versus doing 1 long one should yield similar benefits, but consider what type of flows that you are combining ... ie one long vinyasa flow will have somewhat different benefits versus combining a hatha, yin, and meditation practice ... as long as you know what benefits you are aiming to receive and then resonate with the flow or combo of flows projecting those benefits, then all is good ... I say, just flow, breath and receive as it suits you best in that moment ... namaste, Kreg

jacquesmoss, posted on December 4, 2012

Just absolutely love your practices....long and short. Are the benefits of 2-3 short practices same as one long one?? Just wondering. Thanks again for sharing. Luv ya nj

Thanks, Kreg! Great short practice to fit into my busy day. It's so nice to take some time to myself in the middle of it all. Exactly what I was looking for! Namaste!

Great practice first thing when you are short of time. Lost the instructions a couple of times and had to look at the screen for guidance but otherwise very clear guidance.

Thanks everyone for enjoying my latest hatha flow. This one was a great deal of fun to do - we had a flock of geese gathering up to the stage to join in the flow. Made for an interesting 'savasana'. Namaste, Kreg
