Very calm soothing voice and style. As a beginner, I was of the impression that Yin yoga poses lasted 3 or 4 minutes. This seemed to move at a quicker pace and I wasn't able to go as deeply as in some of the other Yin practices I've tried. yet, it was a very enjoyable practice. Perhaps it is time for me to explore Yin further. Thank you.

Soothing, steady practise that's just right for calming down during the day or unwinding before bedtime. The instructor, Sarah, has a calming voice and offers excellent cues, which allows students to move easily into the next pose. There's plenty of time to actually sink into relaxation before moving between poses, and modifications for safety. The ambient background music is just right. Definitely one for my favourites.

This is a great sequence with very nice instructions for how to practice the yin style, however none of the poses are held long enough to really achieve the deep tissue release spoken of. This sequence would be much better as an hour long practice.
