Hi it's me again I'm the one that's recovering from my ankle breaking about 11 weeks now and I just wanted to say again thank you so much for these practices where I don't really have to stand too much and if I do I can modify these are very therapeutic and very healing thank you so much for sharing your practices I had a hard time finding anything that I could actually do after I was able to stand and move and I just adore yoga and used to teach it so thank you so much

I did this practice on my lunch break (I work from home) after a stressful morning. I feel SO relaxed and peaceful, yet energized. Kreg's gentle voice and slow, calm movements really make this a wonderful de-stressor. Thank you! Namaste!

Kreg you are one of my favorite yoga teachers, enought time that i feel the postures always, what yoga is for me, Ifel very relaxed, as i need to take out my stiffness, from cold weather and some more strong practise, this is wonderul Namaste Kreg:)

My first online yoga class. WOW how nice to be able to pick any class, any time, anywhere! And the video is done so professionally, it felt like having a private lesson! Thanks to my girlfriend who gave me the gift of online yoga for my birthday, I finally wont have to worry about 'making it to class on time' or 'is this class going to be for me?' or 'now I have time, but there is no class'...
