When I think of restorative yoga it is accompanied by props so you can fully release into gravity, let go, and allow your parasympathetic nervous system to re-engage.

What a beautiful human being - so calm and soothing at the end of the day. Thank you. Namaste.

Needed a short restorative class, and this was perfect. Thanks Matt! Good job explaining each pose and suggesting modifications. In a short class like this, there is not enough hold time in each position to provide adequate guidance for the pose AND have several minutes of silence. Hit your 'pause' button and take as long as you like to make it work for you.

Great class with very present instruction :) However the lack of silence does take away the sweetness of true restorative, being able to submerge beyond the surface level and deep into the quiet peace of the self..... still, thank you very much!

Worst online yoga class I've done. Instructor is annoying and never stops talking, he was also very hard to follow.

I wasn't feeling up to my full work out so I did a slow 15 min lower body workout and followed it with this. It was the perfect way to cool down, stretch breathe and relax. A relaxing way to end the day.

Matt guides you through poses slowly and gently, stressing proper form and breathing. He even suggests pausing the video if you want to take extra time in a pose. His description for feeling the body in shivasana is especially good . . . I've never had scanning for energy in the body sketched out so well. I'll definitely check out his other videos!

Liked the calmness of Matt's voice and the gentle nature of the poses.
