and it was damn good. Not traditional restorative by any means. I loved the uniqueness of the whole thing. (also enjoyed the beat of the music)

Sorry, Rodney - loved the sequence and instruction, but the background music was too distracting... d

will somebody from Gaiam tv explain, why videos stop all time?? I cant watch it , this ..and others... many...too much waiting, my body is cooling down, while I wait in yin yoga poses, for too long !!! really its ver bad !!! I cant enjoy videos, practise, in calm, while waiting videos to go on !!! nobody from tv gaiam, have nothing to say, to help,??and we pay for annual member ship? very disturbing!!!

This is because of your internet connection, not the website. Let the movie buffer before you start.

I love, love, love this workout. I usually only do yoga with Rodney Yee because he has the perfect voice and fluidity to his practices. But I really dislike the background music. I like the sounds of nature or more relaxing music.

Really enjoyed it. Rodney Yee has such a soothing voice and guides you though the practice effortlessly.......and before you know it are done......

....and I loved this practice . I was feeling very tired and a bit ill and it was just right. Didn't care for the music tho.

I was half way through the video when it started to go into buffer mode. This happened quite a bit and it really threw off my practice.
I don't think I will watch again.

I really like the 'live' narration of this video. It felt more natural. Love the letting go, and allowing the inner tissues and fascia of the muscles to unwind.

This was the perfect yoga session for my ankylosing spondylitis. The poses with the strap and blocks supported my body and relieved a lot of pain in my spine that I haven't been able to decrease any other way. Another thing I really liked about this video is that Rodney is wearing a microphone rather than giving instructions by VoiceOver, and it seemed more spontaneous and natural. My new favorite video!

I usually love the music that accompanies the video, but, did not care for the music in this one.

Rodney leads this calming workout through a nice pace. Blocks and straps are necessary, but compared to other restorative videos that need you to use 3 rollers, this is definitely easier to have in the house. I'll be coming back to this one for sure.

After the flow practices this restorative practice helps you come back to your breath. It is wonderful to have so many practice options! Thanks!, posted on March 24, 2013

This video is a long ad for yoga props.

a4d, posted on August 2, 2016

It's restorative. Restorative uses props. Plus it's an excellent class on how to incorporate blocks. I teach a senior group and this video was inspiring on how to get them using props. There is nothing wrong with props, and in fact, lots good.

Amazing, powerful, bringing you back into your body. Thank You.

Happy to see the props in action, and he showed you what do to! Great exercise.

This workout is lovely and relaxing, but unlike other videos where the strap and blocks are optional, you'll really need them, or a good substitute.

Really good choice for PM yoga, very relaxing.

I loved the live comments, comprehensive yet gentle practice using blocks and straps. However, the electric guitar background music was not very conducive to relaxation...

alfano93, posted on October 6, 2016

I agree about the music but really liked the usage of blocks.
