Bibi McGill guides you through breath and movements that synchronize the Earth energy and Solar Energy. While opening the front, back and side bodies, you will move through sun salutations, twists, hip openers and core work, learning to stay grounded and spread your wings. You will finish by bringing it all together at the heart in the end.

I'm just discovering Bibi! I have to admit, I initially picked her because I liked her style in the Gaiam photo. :) She did not disappoint. Loved the music as well. I'll be adding this to my playlist, and can't wait to check out her other videos! Namasté

This is a slow simmering workout, with wonderful touches of breath connectivity. I enjoyed it very much and found it to be a well choreographed flow with some unexpected, but delightful, poses. Definitely going on my favorites! I liked the non-traditional music, especially the ending piece. Namaste!

I think the class was probably better than it seemed to be, as the music definitely did not fit the class. Hope you do more classes, but with other music, or none at all. Your voice is very soothing!!

I really enjoyed this practice this morning and so did my body and soul! I feel all warm inside. For me I rather enjoyed the music and felt my body in the poses move with the music! The flow of this class was great and got me moving. I have a busy day and I now feel more grounded and ready. Thank you Bibi for a great class and I look forward to doing more classes with you. You have a very nice voice to listen to and a great instructor. I also really liked the time taken to have a nice savasana . Namaste :)

Wonderful class except for the awful music which was loud and made me feel as if I was in a nightclub.

Teelove, posted on December 1, 2015

this is great for beginners . its a little fast pace . but you can pause it and continue each pose for a bit longer . .

Nice practice. However, the music was a bit frantic and louder than Bibi, who has a lovely voice. Would be much better without the music.

Some of everything. Centering through rooting down, stretching and opening to aid in expanding, with a challenging pace and steady flow. All wrapped up in a lot of heart and good guidance. Well done!!

This was a sweet practice. She has a lovely voice, and for me the music was beautiful and added to the experience. I agree with the person below who mentioned the "humble vibe" she gives off. It was an ideal, joyful, moderate practice for a day when I am feeling under the weather and in need of a calm, nurturing yoga experience.

I was really really loving this, great pace felt fantastic, lovely vibe But it stops so suddenly.

Thank you everyone for your comments and support. If for whatever reason you found yourself distracted by this practice, then it's not for you. The good thing is My Yoga Online has thousand of amazing videos to choose from. The bottom line is... yoga is something we can practice at all times in all things. The yogi's of ancient times didn't have the luxuries that we have in today's modern times yet with pierced focus, dedication and awareness they were still able to get the maximum benefits from their practice. In India today, yoga is often practiced within the chaos and noise of the city by simply laying down a rug on the street and beginning ones practice of asana. Just remember that each and every one of us is responsible for our our practice and what we allow ourselves to get out of it. Instead of focusing on a distraction, criticism or judgement, try bringing your attention back to the breath. THAT IS YOGA!!!

mrstschore, posted on March 6, 2013

I am back for seconds on this video. I don't care about the sound, the asanas chosen are music to my body. A really nice mix of poses in 41 mins. Perfect! And I get a huge humble vibe from her. I'm not a pretzel, though I eat them watching TV...

Great class! Challenging pace, but not too much so. Thank you!

chipnut, posted on March 3, 2013

It was hard to fully hear your voice with certain parts of the music. The parts are when the drum beats come in and when the synth gets louder. Also, the volume of your voice changes too. It gets too quiet even without the music. I wanted to enjoy this, but was straining too much to hear.

lindsay601, posted on February 27, 2013

Great way to start my morning! Just enough stretching and strength.

I like that I can do a shorter class and still feel like I did something substantial. I don't always have 90 mins for a class. Thank you so much for this!

accon, posted on February 7, 2013

I liked this a lot! Feel nicely relaxed and has also helped the tightness in my back I've experienced today.

noura_2, posted on February 5, 2013

Energetic and soothing. Love the core work - great way to fire up and release any built up tension across the body. Wonderful practice - thanks! More please ! :-)

I'm so glad the audio got sorted out! I knew the music would make this a great experience, and I was right;)

bibimcgill, posted on February 5, 2013

@MallinaCashew @candece Thank you both. I hope you enjoyed your practice and my performance at the superbowl. :)

bibimcgill, posted on February 5, 2013

@FieryRemains Thank you for appreciating the realness in my practice. We are not perfect and I don't believe in a perfect practice or perfect alignment. Of course I believe in adjustments to prevent injury but everyone is different. Everyone's body is different and is going to look different. As well, one day you may shake, the next day you may not. Let's not sugar coat it, yoga is about the breath and not a performance, pretty poses or perfection. Like you said everyday is a new opportunity to grow. It's best to not judge ourselves or hold on to attachments but to embrace every moment of change and breath thru it. Om Tat Sat

FieryRemains, posted on February 5, 2013

It is so refreshing to see a yoga instructor get the shakes with some of the more difficult moves. Proof that we are not perfect, and every day is a new opportunity to grow, to learn and develop!

@bibimcgill Yes, thanks! Everything was "smooth" and felt awesome except for the cupid poses ;) I liked the balancing core twists before that, but I just couldn't hold on after...! I'll keep trying and I'll get it someday. Thanks!
