You begin by building some heat, getting you into your feet, and then explore some balancing poses before bringing it down. Ask yourself, where does your pose begin, and what’s your reaction when you don’t meet your expectations?

First time doing this as I always do your re-discovering practice. This was great and peaceful and reminder why I began yoga some odd years ago. Thank you for your presence, for introducing the philosophical perspectives we should be cognizant about and for being a blessing.

I really enjoyed this practice, Troy. I love the focus on foundation and breath, which seems to be lost with so many practices today. I especially like your message about observing our own personal foundation and seeing how it serves us. I have recently realized that I need to make changes to my personal foundation, and your message only furthered my motivation. Thank you for your beautiful words and asanas!

Amazing instructions and a peaceful and empowering message - thank you, Troy for this wonderful practice. I have never felt so solid + stable in Warrior II as I did today, thanks to your cues - wow, what a difference it made! This slower paced practice is exactly what my body needs: sometimes my mind tells me I need to faster paced practices, but the deep down truth is that my body craves and deeply benefits from classes like yours.
