waaaay too fast for a beginner... got frustrated and stopped. Are there any TRUE beginner videos on this site?!

I found this class by searching for beginner level. Althought the postures were simple enough, the speed at which she flows through them are by no means at a bginner level. Much too fast. That being said, I do feel invigorated.

Amazing practice. It moves through the poses quickly but they are very simple. You could easily work through this practice with the audio only. I feel energised and ready for the day now.

Quick class that awakens body for the day. It is very fast so if you are unfamiliar with poses that I wouldn't try it first off. I enjoyed the class.

This practice does have the right idea behind it; however 1/3 of the way through until the end I felt rushed/stressed because I wasn't able to complete the breathing sequence in one pose before she moved on to the next pose.

It was a nice practice, but the directions were too fast sometimes and I didn't have enough time to breath and finish what I was doing before I had to change posture.

I hadn't done this one for quite some time. It was one of the first practices I did regularly back in 2008-2009. I had forgotten what a great quick practice for warming the body this was. I will add to my playlist and come back to again and again. Would like to see more from Michelle Trantina.
