Thanks for my first class with Gaia! I loved the class! I am a flight attendant. I was wondering if there is any alternate tool I can take with me in a suitcase on the road that would replace a yoga mat? I find I often slip on a room towel.. . Thanks!

Hey there,

I travel a ton and bringing a yoga mat isn't practical.

Check out yoga paws. www.yogapaws.com

I use them and they work great.

Thank you! I was looking for a sun salutation that was quick and gentle to start my morning- it's my 50th birthday today :) This was a perfect match, especially with the reminders throughout to think about our intention for the day (gratitude!).

Hi EBOGITA,

Happy birthday! We're so glad you enjoyed the class :) Thank you for being a member and practicing with us!

This series has been perfect. The instructors are wonderful and the length makes it so easy to do everyday!

jahee63, posted on June 12, 2016

Loved this! How many videos will be in this series?

DanaD@Gaia, posted on June 12, 2016

Hi Jahee63!
Glad you are liking the series! We plan on testing it all summer long. If we get positive feedback, we will keep it going. But either way Yoga on Gaia will always be here with streaming yoga every day! Stay tuned next week for classes by Nichole!

Thanks

Thank you for this practice. I have had difficulties with my neuromuscular disorder recently and trying to work to the best of my ability. This was my first practice in awhile. I think the Yoga Everyday Series is almost like an affirmation or daily intention to get oneself centered for the day. Thank you Gaia I have been a member since 2010 and you really listen to your subscribers and care for them

DanaD@Gaia, posted on June 9, 2016

Yes! Exactly what we were going for! Thanks for your kind words. We are so thankful for your dedication to Gaia, yourself and yoga!

These are more of what I have time for :) With two young kids and busy schedule, 15 minutes is perfect and sometimes all I have time for~ much appreciated!!

My daughter and I have been doing yoga every morning before school (she's a high-school athlete and I am a teacher-athlete). We have a very busy schedule and are often needing just 15-20 minutes of practice to get us ready for a long day. This is perfect!!!! We have been committed to doing this together since January, and with this daily practice, it makes it so much easier!

I love that you practice yoga together! Can't wait to do the same with my kids. :)

I love this. Im a mother of two little ones and often don't have time to do an hour long practise. This 15mins i can do. Thank you so much!

I wasn't able to do this first thing in the morning, but I just got home from Zumba looking to do some stretching. This was perfect. Short enough and calming. Adding to my playlist. Love that it's just 15 minutes long too. Thanks!!!!!

I love this. Even if I don't have the time for yoga, I can make time for yoga. Thank you.

I really enjoy this idea. I'm trying to make yoga a daily practice for myself once again. This is a great way for me to build back into my practice. A little at a time, each day.

Thank you for this series......in our rushed day it is always possible to find 15 minutes to center ourselves. Much gratitude for this programming.

This is an excellent way to practice each day. If I want more I can add another later in the day. I rated this four stars because I do not do the Om chant.

Thank you for this series. I LOVE harmonium and Kirtan. I just purchased my harmonium and am so excited to learn how to play and take mine to my classes :)

Love Gaiam series - always something new to learn

mh.thestudio, posted on June 6, 2016

This is a nice, calm start to the day, for the most part. She's a good instructor (I'm an old-school Rodney Yee fan and not real easy to please - but she is a good one), and no one can say that 15 minutes is impossible. So, I like her, I really like the idea of this series, but what is it with the accordion? Her voice is very soft, so I had the sound up to listen, and when she hit the first "Ohm"on the box, it blasted out of my speakers, and I had to jump up and adjust the sound way down (I live in an apartment building). Needless to say, that interrupted the intention she was setting. Then, when she started instructing again, I couldn't hear, and had to jump up and adjust the sound again (I'm on my computer for this and don't have a remote). It did not help anything, and in fact, totally disrupted my practice. Steph and Gaia really need to rethink that one.

Love the idea of sealing in an intention each day to invigorate and plant the mindfulness needed to remember and pay attention to my growth
